Of those who qualify to participate, not all successfully complete the program. This is not typical training – we impact the way people operate in the corporate environment in a very short period of time, and we mean business.

The Approach

To have you succeed, we start with a round of interviews with your senior leadership team and selected employees, including potential participants in the program.

The interviews are followed by a one-day workshop, weekly project-oriented training and practice sessions and individual project-related coaching calls.
