He has founded several companies including Mortgage Services, Inc., a privately held mortgage company in Waterbury CT poised for nationwide growth within the next two years. Richard’s experience involves sales, product and business development, operations and general management. He has used his sales experience to make himself a millionaire several times over. Richard is a personal and business coach and public speaker. He is also the course leader and head consultant for the Corporate Programs at Financial Program Strategies. He is the author of The High-Income Mortgage Originator (Wiley, 2007)
Patricia Lopes has over 15 years of experience in a variety of industries including telecommunications, wireless, internet services and applications, automotive, retail, wholesale, manufacturing and logistics. Her experience includes strategy and operations business consulting, product management, marketing management, business development, and sales. Patricia is a consultant and a facilitator for the Corporate Programs at Financial Program Strategies. Patricia earned her Masters in the Management of Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Business. She is also a board member with EntrepreneursNOW.
Barbara Osach has over 30 years experience consulting in business and information technology. Barbara worked with Fortune 500 companies and small and medium business in media, financial services, professional services, government, and arts. Her experience includes project management, product development, and marketing, She has led large-scale integrated business systems projects for broadcast and other industries. Barbara is a coach and a leader for the Access to Mastery Workshop in the Road to Riches program. She is also a consultant and a facilitator for the Corporate Programs at Financial Program Strategies. Barbara earned her MBA from New York University. She collaborated with Richard to co-author The High-Income Mortgage Originator.
